First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak out for me.
Individual Rights cannot exist without "individual" respon- sibility; and Liberty cannot exist without tolerance.
"Resistance to tyranny is service to God." Thomas Jefferson
How can Christians abide by the 10 Planks of Communism, while disregarding the 10 Commandments, and not expect the judgment of God?

What is legitimate government authority?
What is Liberty?
Jefferson answered both quite succinctly when he said:
"The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg."

Our Vision is to encourage and strengthen citizen civic knowledge and involvement and demand accountability by all elected officials and bureaucrats - at all levels - within three core values.
Who We Are
Constitutional Freedoms Association operates as a social citizens organization organized as a First Amendment Association. Contributions to Constitutional Freedoms Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. We are a non-partisan grassroots organization of volunteer citizens united by our core values. We recognize and support the strength of grassroots organization powered by activism and civic responsibility at a local level. We hold that every State and the union of States known as America are all and each republics conceived by the architects as a nation whose people were born and endowed with "unalienable rights" by our Creator. Chiefly among these are the Rights to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Constitutional Freedoms Association members stand with our Founders, as heirs to these Republic, to claim our Rights and Duties which preserve their legacy and our own. We hold, as did the Founders, that there exists an inherent benefit to our country when private property and prosperity are secured by natural law and the Rights and Liberty of the individual.
Therefore, in this light, Constitutional Freedoms Association believes that it is a civic Duty of each member of the citizenry to be involved in all civic activities and to enforce the Law of America's founding principles.
Mission Statement
The motivation for the Tea Party Patriot and 9-12 movement is in part, excessive and unnecessary intrusion into the daily lives of Americans; and excessive and out-right unConstitutional spending and taxation at all levels of government. Our mission is to attract, educate, organize, and mobilize our fellow citizens to secure public policy consistent with our three core values of Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally Limited Government and Free Markets.
Fiscal Responsibility: Fiscal Responsibility by government honors and respects the freedom of the individual to spend the money that is the fruit of their own labor. A Constitutionally limited government, designed to protect the blessings of liberty, must be fiscally responsible; otherwise, it subjects the citizenry to high levels of unnecessary taxation that unjustly restrict the Liberties our Constitution was designed to protect. Such runaway deficit spending as we now see at all levels of government compels us to take action as the increasing excessive and unnecessary debt is a grave threat to our personal, State and national sovereignty and the personal and economic liberty of the citizens and of future generations.
Constitutionally Limited Government: We, the members of The Constitutional Freedom Association, are inspired by our founding documents and regard the Constitution of the United States to be the supreme law of the land. We believe that it is possible to know the original intent of the Constitution and our Founders as such is set forth in the Declaration of Independence, the Federal Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers, and other writings and documentation made by the men who sacrificed so much and who directly and tirelessly worked to establish the American united union of States upon a foundation of Liberty; and stand in support of that intent. Like the Founders, we believe that the proper role of government is to secure the Rights and Liberty of the people and as such, all governments derive their powers from the people. We believe that Thomas Jefferson summed this principle up the best when he stated:
"The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg."
As such, we believe that as long as a person is not directly harming another or infringing upon the Rights and Liberties of another, the government has no cause or authority to involve itself or engage in action that would interfere with any Right or Liberty of any member of the citizenry.
Free Markets: A free market is the economic consequence of personal liberty. The founders believed that personal and economic freedom were indivisible, as do we. Our current government's interference distorts the free market and inhibits the pursuit of individual and economic liberty. Therefore, we support a return to the free market principles on which this nation was founded and oppose government interference or intervention into the operations of private business.
When We Meet
Constitutional Freedoms Association meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00pm. At present, CFA holds these meeting in the Wyoming room which is in the basement of Pinnacle Bank. Such time, dates, and location may change as may be necessary at any given time, so we encourage checking the web-site calendar for the latest information as to meetings and events.
CFA invites you to join with us in defense of personal Rights and Liberties for all. In addition to attending the regular meetings, you can support Liberty by volunteering for specific activities and event. And don't forget that Liberty is costly; both personally and financially. As such, please consider making financial donations so that we can continue to spread the Liberty message and expose the usurpation of government officials and others who's actions work to dissolve the Rights and Liberties of the People.
Last, be certainly not least, CFA encourages each Citizen to - at a minimum -
become a 60 minute Citizen. To that end, consider this:
